We deliver across Pakistan. This page explains how and when your order will reach you.
Order processing
Orders are usually packed and handed to our courier within 1 working day after you place them. Working days are Monday to Saturday, not including public holidays. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before we send it.
Delivery time
- Major cities: 2 to 4 working days
- Other cities and towns: 4 to 6 working days
These are estimates. Delivery can take longer during sales, public holidays, bad weather or when the courier is very busy.
Shipping charges
Delivery costs Rs. 199 for each order. Orders of Rs. 5,000 and above get free delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on our orders. Please keep the exact amount ready when the courier arrives. We may confirm COD orders by phone or WhatsApp. If we cannot reach you, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Discreet packaging
All parcels are packed in plain packaging with no product details written on the outside.
Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, we will share your tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp, where available. If you do not hear from us, contact us and we will help.
Delivery address
Please check your name, phone number and address carefully before you place your order. A wrong or incomplete address can cause delays or failed delivery. If the courier cannot reach you after a few attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case, we may contact you to send it again, and extra shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or wrong parcel
If your parcel looks damaged when it arrives, please take photos or a short video before or while opening it, and contact us within 24 hours. We will check the issue and help you quickly.
